What should I wear to my appointment at Revival Health & Rehab? We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement, similar to what you would wear to the gym or for a walk/run. Tennis shoes or other athletic shoes are ideal for your appointments.

Do you accept my insurance at Revival Health & Rehab? Most likely, yes! We are in-network with most major insurance providers. For those whose insurance we do not accept, we offer very reasonable self-pay rates.
What are your payment options at Revival Health & Rehab? We offer several convenient payment options. These include:
Co-pay: A fixed amount determined by your insurance plan, typically ranging from $10 to $50 per visit.
Deductible: An amount set by your insurance that must be paid out-of-pocket before your full benefits begin. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. What is Revival Health & Rehab's cancellation policy? Appointments canceled with more than 24 hours' notice incur no charge. However, no-call, no-shows will be subject to a $30 fee.
Virtual Consultations & Service Area
Does Revival Health & Rehab offer virtual consultations? Currently, our experienced Physical Therapist and/or Chiropractor do NOT offer virtual consultations, however, they are happy to speak with you by phone to answer any questions you may have about our services and how we can help you. We DO offer virtual Personal Training consultations and appointment.

Do I need a referral from my Doctor for Physical Therapy at Revival Health & Rehab? No, in Pennsylvania, we have direct access, which means you can typically begin physical therapy treatment for up to 30 days without a referral from your medical doctor. However, some insurance plans may still require a referral from your Primary Care Physician (PCP) or medical doctor for coverage. We recommend checking with your insurance provider to understand their specific requirements.
How much will Physical Therapy cost me at Revival Health & Rehab? The cost of your physical therapy will depend on your insurance coverage. You may have a:

How long are the Physical Therapy sessions at Revival Health & Rehab? The initial evaluation for physical therapy is approximately 1 hour long. Follow-up visits are typically around 45 minutes.
Iām not an athlete. Will you still work with me at Revival Health & Rehab? Absolutely! Our team of providers is highly skilled in working with clients of all activity levels and age ranges. We understand that everyone's goals are different, and we are dedicated to helping you achieve yours, whether it's returning to a sport or simply improving your ability to perform daily activities comfortably. My child, the patient, is a minor. Do I need to come/stay with them for the first visit and follow-up appointments? We recommend that a parent or legal guardian accompany a minor to their first visit to assist with any necessary paperwork if it hasn't been completed beforehand. For follow-up visits, you are welcome to be as involved in the process as you feel is necessary and comfortable for both you and your child.
What is dry needling, and is it covered by my insurance at Revival Health & Rehab? Dry needling is a therapeutic technique used to release trigger points in muscles, which can help to reduce pain and muscle tension that may be contributing to your symptoms. In most cases, dry needling is covered by insurance. However, coverage can vary depending on your specific insurance plan. We also offer very reasonable cash rates for dry needling treatments.
How many Physical Therapy visits will I likely need at Revival Health & Rehab? On average, you can expect to need 8-12 physical therapy visits. Initially, we often recommend 2 visits per week, which may then taper down to 1 visit per week as you make progress until you reach your rehabilitation goals. For post-operative rehabilitation, the duration of treatment will depend on the severity of the injury or surgery and can range from 3 to 6 months. Our ultimate mission is to get you back to the activities you love as safely and as quickly as possible.
When can I return to my activity or sport after Physical Therapy at Revival Health & Rehab? The timeline for returning to your activity or sport will depend on the severity of your injury. However, our goal at Revival Health & Rehab is to get you back to what you love doing as safely and as quickly as possible. We will often explore options to modify your activity rather than completely restricting it during your rehabilitation process.
How can I prevent an injury with the help of Revival Health & Rehab? While we cannot entirely prevent injuries, we can significantly reduce the likelihood of them occurring through education and guidance on smart exercise progression, proper nutrition, and the importance of adequate sleep.
